Richest Cities In Michigan

The state of Michigan is home to some of the wealthiest people in America. The median household income in Michigan was $64,837 as of 2017, according to census data. That’s not surprising when you consider that this Midwestern state is home to several major cities and their residents have access to plenty of opportunities for career advancement and financial security. Here are some of the richest cities in Michigan.

Bloomfield Hills, Mich.

Bloomfield Hills, Mich., has a population of just over 40,000 people and an average income of $108,000. The average cost of housing is $1,100 per month—the second highest in the state after Ann Arbor—and food costs are also high at $1,066 per month on average. Transportation and healthcare expenses are also higher than average: transportation costs come in at $1,243 while healthcare results in an additional $804 spent every year on doctors visits and prescriptions.

Utilities are relatively inexpensive compared to other cities around Michigan: utilities tend to hover around $750 annually for homeowners who rent their homes out or own them outright; however renters will likely spend more than that amount due to the fact that utilities are included as part of their monthly rent payment rather than being added onto each bill separately like they would be if you were paying via cash pay-as-you go plan instead (which would mean no extra payments).

Housing affordability issues affect Bloomfield Hills residents’ quality of life significantly because there aren’t many affordable housing options available despite having one of lowest median household incomes out there.”

In 1715, Jean Baptiste Brule de Boisbriant established a trading post along what would later become Detroit Road along Lake St Clair near where Grosse Pointe now resides; he named it after his wife Maria Antoinette La Grange d’Annonay de Boisbriant de Chambly de Meuse et Cie

Is Michigan really a good place to live?

Michigan is a great state, with lots of things to offer. It has several great cities and towns that are home to rich people, including Ann Arbor and Dearborn. These cities have become well-known for their high quality of life and high standard of living.

Michigan also has many wealthy suburbs where you can find even more millionaires hanging out in their million dollar homes (or sometimes even billion dollar ones). If you’re looking for someplace with lots of money but not quite as much culture or history as other states have to offer, then this might be your cup o’ tea!

Conclusion

Michigan is a great place to live, but it’s also a great place to start a business. The state has long been known as an innovation hub and that reputation continues today, making Michigan one of the best places for entrepreneurs in America.
