Refund Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for orders placed on unlimitedmarketing.net. We are a company operating under the laws of Georgia, and this policy is written to comply with the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights and the Civil Code of Georgia. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under mandatory law.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy covers all purchases made through our site, including one-time service packages (such as guest posts, content orders, and link building packages) and monthly retainer services. If anything here conflicts with our Terms of Service, the more consumer-protective provision applies to consumers.

2. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

Because orders on our site are concluded at a distance, consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 calendar days of placing the order, without giving any reason, as provided by the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights.

To exercise this right, send us a clear statement (email is fine) within the 14-day window. You do not need to use any particular form, but including your order number speeds things up.

The right of withdrawal belongs to consumers — natural persons purchasing outside their trade, business, or profession. Orders placed by or on behalf of a company, or for business purposes, are governed by our Terms of Service instead of this section.

3. When the right of withdrawal ends early

Georgian law allows the withdrawal right to lapse in specific situations, and two of them apply directly to what we sell:

  • Services that have been fully performed. When you place an order, you expressly request that we begin performance immediately, without waiting for the 14-day period to end, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. You give this consent through a mandatory confirmation at checkout, and we store it with your order.
  • Custom work produced to your specifications. Content written for your brand, outreach performed for your domain, placements arranged for your URLs, and similar personalized deliverables are made to your specifications. Once production of custom work has genuinely begun with your consent, the portion already produced is not refundable.

If you withdraw after asking us to start but before the service is complete, you pay only for the part of the service already performed, proportionate to the total price, and we refund the rest.

4. Monthly and recurring services

Monthly retainers can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the month already underway, since that period's work is already being performed with your consent. If we have genuinely not started any work in the current period when you cancel, we will refund that period in full.

5. Published placements and third-party costs

Once a guest post or link placement has been published on a third-party site, that service has been fully performed and cannot be "returned." Where an order fails on our side — a placement falls through, a publisher rejects the content and no substitute is agreed — we refund that line item in full. Third-party costs we have already irrevocably incurred on your instructions before you withdraw may be deducted from a refund only where the law permits.

6. Defective or non-conforming services

Separately from the withdrawal right, Georgian law gives you remedies if a service does not conform to the contract: you may request that we cure the defect, and where that fails or is impossible, request a proportionate price reduction or terminate the contract and receive a refund for the non-conforming part. Report problems to us with enough detail for us to verify and fix them, and we will respond within a reasonable time, at most 10 business days.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of the day we receive your withdrawal notice or approve the claim, to the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree to another method. We never charge a fee for issuing a refund. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money may take a few additional business days to appear.

8. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, we will treat the dispute through the card network's process and may suspend the affected account while it is open. Contacting us first is almost always faster: most refund requests are resolved within a few business days.

9. Contact

Send refund and cancellation requests, or any questions about this policy, to admin@unlimitedmarketing.net. Please include your order number and the email address on your account. Consumers in Georgia may also apply to the Legal Entity of Public Law — Competition and Consumer Agency of Georgia, or to the courts of Georgia, for the protection of their rights.
